This beautifully delicate lampshade features charming wrens nestled among wildflowers, berries, and leaves, all presented in a subtle block print style. Printed in a soft white on a gentle taupe background, the Wren's Hedgerow design evokes the calm charm of the English countryside, bringing a rustic yet sophisticated touch to any interior.

Each Wren's Hedgerow Lampshade is handcrafted to order in the UK, offering a bespoke lighting solution that adds a whimsical natural accent to both modern and classic decor styles. With each lampshade printed using eco-friendly inks, you can enhance your living space in a way that is as sustainable as it is beautiful. The intricate details of wrens and wildflowers capture the essence of nature, making this lampshade a delightful feature in any room.

Select Your Size - When selecting the right size for your lampshade, consider the following guidelines:

Table Lamps: We like to use 25cm lampshades with 35-45cm high candlestick table lamps.

They say, the height of the shade should be about three-quarters of the height of the lamp base, and the width of the shade should be roughly equal to the height of the lamp from the base to the fitting. If you are unsure between two sizes, it's usually better to choose the larger one for a balanced look.

Pendant Lampshades: Consider the ceiling height and the size of the room. Larger rooms or those with high ceilings may benefit from larger shades (30cm or 35cm) for a more dramatic and proportional impact. Smaller rooms or lower ceilings will be better suited to smaller shades (15cm - 25cm). A well-sized pendant shade helps distribute light effectively and adds to the visual appeal of the room.
Floor Lamps: Typically, a larger lampshade with a base diameter of around 35cm or more works best for floor lamps, ensuring the shade balances the height and provides adequate lighting.

Empire shades come with a duplex fitting, meaning you can swop and change between a tabletop/standing lamp or a ceiling pendant!
You simply need a SHADE CARRIER for tabletop and standing lamps (Excluded).
Or a special adaptor for ceiling/pendant lampshades (Included).

Please note the Shade Carrier is NOT included with tabletop/standing lampshade purchases and can be purchased separately.

Wipe clean with a dry cloth to keep your lampshade looking its best.

We appreciate that lampshades are a personal choice, so you can return made-to-order lampshades if you order two or fewer. However, for orders of three or more, they are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue.

Each lampshade is handmade, which means slight variations may occur due to the placement of the pattern or the display brightness settings of your screen. We recommend ordering a sample to ensure the colour and pattern meet your expectations.
